Websites for dental practices Ola Inglot

A dental practice doesn’t need a complicated website. It needs a simple, beautiful one — fast to load, reassuring to nervous patients, effortless to book through. I design and hand-code exactly that, after nearly twenty years running practices from the inside.

And if you don’t feel like paying £10k+ to a design agency — then hundreds of pounds a month for maintenance — I’m here for you.

William Place Dental Aesthetics

Dental practice · Bow, East London
williamplacedental.co.uk
Homepage of the William Place Dental Aesthetics website

A complete redesign and rebuild of a working dental practice’s website — moved off a slow, templated Wix build and hand-coded as a fast static site. New structure and patient-first copy across NHS and private treatment pages, local SEO for east London searches, and the hosting, domains and analytics managed end to end.

Built to do a commercial job: winning patients directly from search, for a practice whose growth had previously leaned on paid advertising.

Child Action

Children’s charity

A ground-up redesign for a children’s charity: a new brand identity and a redesigned logo, built around a purple-and-gold kite, carried through a hand-coded static site — the charity’s story, programmes and donation pages rebuilt from scratch and deployed to fast static hosting.

From identity to live deployment, the whole site is written by hand — no page builders, no templates — so it stays quick, accessible and easy to maintain.

Why me

Built by someone who has run the practice

I speak dentistry

NHS contracts and private plans, new-patient exams, recalls, nervous patients and the reality of a busy front desk — I managed dental practices for nearly twenty years before I started designing for them. Nothing needs translating: your website is written by someone who already knows your world.

Simple, fast, hand-coded

No page builders, no plugins to break, no platform fees. A hand-coded site loads instantly, looks beautiful on a phone, and stays easy to change — with the hosting, domain and analytics handled for you, end to end.

Made to bring patients in

Local search visibility, treatment pages that answer what patients actually ask, and booking one tap away. The site has one job: turning searches into appointments — so your growth doesn’t have to lean on paid ads.

How it works

From first chat to first patient

01

A conversation

Tell me about your practice — where you are, who your patients are, what isn’t working today. We talk through how simple or ambitious the site should be, and agree a price to match — fixed before anything begins.

02

Design, words & imagery

We discuss your brand identity — logo, colours, the feel you want patients to get — and I design the site and write the copy around it. Real photos and video of your practice, team and treatments always work best; licensed stock fills any gaps. You review a real working preview, not a mock-up, and we refine it together.

03

Build & polish

Hand-coded, fast, beautiful on a phone. Booking one tap away, local search visibility built in, every page tested before anyone else sees it.

04

Live & looked after

Domain, hosting and analytics set up and handled. The site goes live — and I stay on hand afterwards, so updates are a message away, not a project.

About

A little background

I’ve spent my working life inside London’s healthcare — most of it running the business side of dental practices, from a reception desk to the full commercial remit of a nine-room site. I’ve seen practices bought, rebuilt, digitised, expanded and sold, usually from the very middle of it — so I know exactly what a practice website has to do, because I’ve been the person it had to do it for.

Along the way I taught myself the technical half of the job — HTML, Python, and a growing toolkit of automation that turns slow clinic paperwork into something that runs itself. The websites grew out of the same instinct: if it matters to the business, learn to build it properly.

Away from work: fitness, cooking, and an unreasonable devotion to Hamilton. English and Polish spoken — though London gives the Polish fewer outings than it deserves.
